Panos is the Managing Partner of Visible – Catalyst Greece, a professional training and teambuilding organization, which is part of Catalyst Global, the leading teambuilding network worldwide, and the founder of Passion for People, a consulting and training boutique company aiming to support organizations develop their human capital.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he worked for more than 16 years in various senior HR roles in multinational companies. He is expert in topics related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Executive Development, Employee Engagement, Selection & Recruitment and Employee Relations. During his career, he has been involved in many projects playing a key role in times of change and organizational transformation.
Panos has obtained an AC & EMCC-accredited Diploma in Evidence-based Coaching from Athens Coaching Institute. He loves to design and implement innovative and targeted training interventions and has an innate curiosity to explore methodologies and techniques that produce better results when it comes to areas like people development. From 2018 he is practicing evidence-based coaching and working on ways to integrate coaching practices as part of extended training interventions to organizations aiming to enhance and maximize individual’s self-awareness, productivity, and self-development.
He holds a BSC in Business Administration and a MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management.
